本產(chǎn)品為油田化學品，主要由有機硅單體等化工原料多次分段聚合反應而成，沒毒、無害。使鉆井液具有憎水的毛細作用，有效地防止泥頁巖的膨脹，改善泥餅摩阻，降低粘土顆粒之間的相互作用，具有稀釋效應，體現(xiàn)了有機硅化合物具有的一慣優(yōu)點，是石油鉆井廣泛使用的鉆井液助劑。

Product Details

This product is an oil field chemical. It is mainly made of organic silicon monomer and other chemical raw materials by multi-stage polymerization. It is non-toxic and harmless. The drilling fluid has hydrophobic capillarity, which can effectively prevent the expansion of shale, improve the friction of mud cake, reduce the interaction between clay particles, and has dilution effect. It reflects the advantages of organosilicon compounds, and is widely used as drilling fluid AIDS in oil drilling.

Product Introduction

1. When the temperature is higher than 180 ℃, the drilling fluid still has good fluidity.

2. Excellent viscosity reduction rate of drilling fluid, rheological adjustment and high drilling speed.

Packaging, Transportation and Storage

The product is packed in 200l iron drum with a net weight of 250 (± 2.5) kg. If there is any special requirement, it will be discussed separately.

This product is non combustible, non explosive, non-toxic, harmless, pay attention to leak proof, according to non dangerous goods transportation management.

Attention should be paid to leakage prevention during storage.

Avoid contact with eyes, or wash with plenty of water.

The shelf life of this product is two years.
